PRODUCTS & FOOD · ATHENS

Before choosing it, they want to see it.

A consistent image series for a menu, catalogue or online shop, with different views and files organised by product.

Do my products need a white background or a styled setting?

A simple background helps customers see shape, colour and detail clearly. A setting can show size, use and atmosphere. First I need to know where the image will appear and what someone must understand before choosing. A ceramic bowl might need a clean catalogue view and another photograph on a table. We agree the useful shots and the preparation each one requires.

Can I use the same food photographs on my menu and social media?

Many of the same images can work if we plan the framing around your uses. A menu needs recognisable dishes and a consistent series. A post may focus more on texture, serving or preparation. Before shooting, we define the catalogue images and the photographs that could tell other stories. Additional shots are specified in the quotation.

THREE OPTIONS · ONE CLEAR GOAL

Let the care in your product show.

A new menu, collection or online shop needs images that show what you offer. We agree the products, preparation and uses first, then arrange light, backgrounds and framing to reveal shape, materials and detail with a consistent style. Menu & Catalogue covers up to 10 products with 2 distinct images each. An overall view shows the whole product, while a second angle or detail adds useful information.

How much does product photography cost, and how many images do I get?

I quote after seeing the products, preparation and intended uses. Product Focus covers up to 3 products with 2 distinct final images per product. Menu & Catalogue covers up to 10 products, again with 2 images each: an overall view and a detail or second angle. If you also want process, materials or context, Product Stories adds planned shots with an agreed image count.

FROM YOUR GOAL TO THE IMAGE

Questions before we start.

When is professional product photography worth choosing over phone pictures?

When the presentation needs consistency, or existing images leave customers with unanswered questions. A new catalogue benefits from shared lighting, useful angles and colours that describe the objects consistently. I start by looking at what you have and what your customer struggles to understand. Refreshing just a few products may be enough. The decision follows the gap the new images need to fill.

How should I prepare products or food for a photoshoot?

Start with a list of products and the views that need to be shown. Check that objects are clean and complete, with correct packaging information. For food, we need to coordinate preparation order and the moment each dish looks as you want to serve it. Together we arrange backgrounds, tableware and space before shooting. Additional styling, materials or specialist equipment are specified in the quotation.

Do photographs or video present my product better?

Photography can show the product clearly. Video helps when customers need to see how it is used, moves or is made. I will ask what someone needs to understand to decide whether it suits them. An overall image and a detail may be enough for a dish; a short action can explain a preparation technique. The medium follows that need. Video production is agreed separately from photography.
